After several months of experimentation, I am finally ready stick my neck out and choose my Five Best chin to nipple creams. All of them have contributed to a noticeable difference in tone and texture. My chest is beginning (we’ve a way to go) look and feel smooth and hydrated. I should add that in addition to these Five Best neck creams, I cannot underestimate the contributions made by daily use of the Clarisonic Brush and a weekly burst of LED light from my Baby Quasar.
