Healthdropz Energy Beverage Booster is reviewed and rejected

    Reviewed by Brenda

I volunteered to do a review on HealthDropz Beverage booster because I truly wanted to find a non caloric, sugar free energy/vitamin drink. I want all the benefits of a wellness drink: vitamins, energy and antioxidants without the extra calories.

According to Lane Lab, the HealthDropz Energy is not a caffeine laden formula. Instead, the secret in these drops is small amounts of caffeine, the amino acid taurine and lots of B vitamins, especially B12. B vitamins are used by our bodies to create glucose into energy.  And because HealthDropz Energy is sugar-free, there is no potential for a sugar crash.

I have recently taken up Bikram Yoga and it is an intense workout done in a heated room, which is usually maintained at a temperature of 105 degrees Fahrenheit.  So, you can imagine a yoga session at this temperature promotes profuse sweating, which is said to rid the body of toxins.  It is recommended that you drink at least 32 oz of water two hours before class starts.  I started drinking water with HealthDropz Energy and followed directions by putting six drops for every 8 oz. glass of water.  It had sort of an aftertaste, I thought.  Other than that, I didn’t really recognize it after a couple of gulps… just like drinking an ordinary glass of water.  Energy?  Don’t know if it gave me more energy or stamina to keep up in class – Bikram Yoga does not require a lot of energy, rather focus and stamina.  I needed to try this out for my aerobic class.

I took a kickboxing class the following Saturday morning and drank water w/ HealthDropz.  The truth is I didn’t feel anymore energized but because of the vitamins included in the water I felt that it had some benefits.  I don’t think it has as much benefits as a multivitamin pill, but it will help those who don’t like to take pills.

Bottom line, I won’t purchase this product just because I didn’t feel any difference and I’m already taking vitamin pills. I didn’t even bother trying out the Focus and Green Tea formulas because, truthfully, I didn’t like the after taste.  They all smelled funny … like it had chlorine or something like that.
