		<description>Actually, the only form of niacin that can easily damage the liver is a time release formula of the supplement.  These formulas do exist to minimize the &quot;hot flash&quot; effect of niacin supplementation.  Apparently the slow drip of niacin over an extended period of time is harder for your liver to handle.  I don&#039;t know of any liver issues with non-timed release niacin supplements, unless of course you&#039;re massively overdosing yourself.</description>
