Olivella’s all-natural olive oil soap is one of the ten or so products that I actually end up purchasing for my personal use in the long-term. In fact, I bought a bulk supply of the bars and have placed them strategically next to every sink in my house (and bringing one for work as well).

They just make my hands feel good, and contain none of the nasty ingredients in other kinds of soap that end up in our water sources to turn our fish into transsexuals and our children into asthmatic allergy-geeks. (What are these ingredients? Read more here.)

But it’s not just the bar soap that I like. I’ve also been enjoying their body wash everyday in the shower, which is upping the ante on my total-body anti-aging routine by giving my skin a good squalene soak.

But my favorite product as of late is the moisturizer serum, which I just happened to stumble on today while waiting for a prescription to be filled. Seriously, my hands have never been in better shape. Hours after application, my hands still remain transformed in both texture and softness.

That’s saying a lot, since they’ve been quite wind-chapped recently — and today especially, as the winter chill has been slow to loosen its grip on March.
