I had no results with Go Smile-money down the drain. I found something effective, fast, easy and CHEAP! Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening Gel. My teeth are pretty white to begin with but I always notice a difference when I use this stuff. I just smear it on with my finger, hold my lips away from my teeth with my fingers for a minute (it sort of forms a skin on it that holds the gel to your teeth so the insides of your lips won't disturb it) and go about my business. It says 5 minutes or up to 20 and you can use it with trays if you have them. Then just brush it away with your toothbrush and that's it. Whiter, brighter teeth! AND...only $2.99 for a big 3 ounce tube at my local grocery store!! (I think it was on sale..I've seen it at CVS for $4.99..still, pretty cheap for excellent results!!) This will last a LONG time. Ingredients:Water, Poloxamer 407, Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide, Methyl Salicylate, Sodium Saccharin, phosphoric Acid. Sounds interesting and easy, but expensive.
