I’m more fussy about lip products than anything else. After all, parabens and phenoxyethanol are hard to avoid and I often end up turning a blind eye to some of the things I put on my body. My mouth is another matter. This is where I am uncompromising about the adage that it has to be good enough for me to eat. That’s why I like certified organic company, NVEY’s cute little trio of lip care products: plumper, exfoliator and treatment.
I should say that I have a couple of reservations. One is the $92 price tag that will probably give me pause before buying it again (although it’s a saving of $30 compared to buying each product separately). And to be really frank, this is not the world’s most effective lip plumper. Still, the ingredients are all lip-smackingly good and I like the simplicity of the Lip Treatment with its nourishing shea and cocoa butters and not not much else. The Lip Exfoliator features cranberry. There are several flavonoids in cranberries, including quercetin. According to Cornell University, quercetin has the highest antioxidant capacity of all the flavonoids. Furthermore, cranberries are a good source of tocotrienols, a member of the vitamin E family that protects the skin from sun damage.
And there’s nothing to dislike as NVEY it is possible to use natural and non-harmful preservatives such as cinnamon bark and vitamin E.

Still looking for a lip plumper that works.
What has worked best for you, Marta?
I like YBF and Skinn, but I am looking for something that I can visibly and easily see a BIG difference. What do you suggest???
Thanks !
L
I am not sure any of them make a big difference. What about LipFusion? http://truthinaging.com/uncategorized/five-best-lip-plumpers/
I have tried that and it would be one of my least favorites.
I love the way my lips feel with YBF and Skinn. I would like to see a more visable difference in plumping though. I do feel good about using YBF and Skinn lip products. In my opinion, they both outshine (meaning much better all around) Lipfusion.
Please keep us posted on lip plumpers.
Thank you, Marta, for your research and opinions!!!
I value your opinions.

L, there is no doubt that we need to go back and hunt and forage for better (or bigger). We’ll be back!
L, another lip plumper to try is Hydropeptide’s http://truthinaging.com/face/hydropeptide-lip-plumper-perfects-your-pout/comment-page-1/
