Last November, TIA offered a sample of Jane Iredale’s Longest Lash to a would-be reviewer. The response was overwhelming and comments kept coming in all through holidays. The nice people at Jane Iredale came up trumps and sent me a whole stack of full-size samples – enough for one and all.
Rose, Michelle Tang, Jennifer White, Trinh, Lynn H, Jen S, Kristie B, Lesa Thomas please claim your Longest Lash by emailing samples@truthinaging.com with ‘longest lash’ in the subject line and your mailing address. Don’t forget that we’ll be expecting a review (however short and sweet) from you (although natural scribes can be as verbose as they’d like).

Is there any feedback as yet? I have never really found a better product than Lancome’s Defencils or Maybelline’s Great Lash, though I am undoubtedly subjecting my eyes to something horrific in remaining loyal to those brands.
Hi TIA,
I was one of the original members who posted a response to the original Dare to Try It Longest Lash, and e-mailed samples@truthinaging.com my address when Marta posted that she had enough samples for everyone who posted. However, I haven’t heard anything back yet. I just wanted to confirm if you’ve received my e-mail because we’ve had issues receiving e-mails in the past when I sent in a review. Please let me know. Thank you!
There is nothing from the email address you have used here.
Hm…..that is weird. I’m not sure why samples@truthinaging.com doesn’t receive my e-mails. However….the good news is that I’ve received the Jane Iredale mascara sample just the other day, so I guess someone found my address somehow? Possibly from before? *shrugs* I’ve used it twice so far without too many noticable positive differences, but I’ll try it out for longer and report back! Thanks again!
Hi,
Does this mascara “lengthen and thicken” like it claims gradually over time, or is it an instant effect like most mascaras claim to do? I ask because so far I haven’t seen much “lengthening or thickening” as it purports to do. Actually, so far it seems dry and doesn’t coat very well, and I’m not sure if it’s because I have the grey slate color that makes it seem less dark. So I was wondering if I should be expecting an instant effect, or if I should be looking for progress over time. If it’s supposed to have an instant effect, I’ll have to say that it’s not doing the job.
Michelle,
You are not the first reader to report that this product is dry and doesn’t coat well. As to the time to see results, perhaps someone from Jane Iredale will jump in and explain
