E'shee Clinical Esthetic Alpha and Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream
2017 Best Eye Cream
E'shee Clinical Esthetic Alpha and Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream is an extremely potent anti-aging cream that significantly reduces the signs of aging around the eye area. It improves skin's firmness and texture, minimizes fine lines and deep wrinkles, fades dark circles and age spots, and reduces redness. The formula can also be used to combat lip lines and marionette lines around the mouth. E'shee Clinical Esthetic’s eye cream has been tested and reviewed by women in the TIA community, so when you purchase this product, you can trust that it works!
The non-greasy and non-comedogenic eye cream contains a highly-concentrated blend of powerful anti-aging actives, including breakthrough peptides, Far Infrared Ceramic Powder, and the brand's signature epidermal growth factor, FGF1. E'shee Clinical Esthetic’s formula contains twice as much FGF1 growth factor to reverse skin damage and effectively restore, rebuild, and rejuvenate the delicate skin tissue around the eye, leaving you with an all-around smoother, healthier, and younger-looking complexion.
TIA Review by Marta:
I had already decided that E’shee Alpha Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream was the best eye cream I have ever used and then I checked on the price. I often deliberately avoid knowing the price when I start testing a free sample so that I form an unadulterated impression of the product. E’shee’s new eye cream is $284 for 0.5oz and so I had to pause and ask myself a couple of tough questions: is it worth it and would I buy a replacement at full price with my own money?
The answer is yes. Of the claims that E’shee makes for Alpha Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream, two promises stood out to me: stronger dermal structures in about 28 days and dramatically improved skin texture. Now five weeks in to using this eye cream twice a day, E’shee has really delivered. The skin of my eye lids and under-eye area feels firmer, flatter and smoother. I don’t typically have much of a puffy eye issue and now I don’t have one at all.
My only caveat is that my eyes are in fairly good condition after years of using Your Best Face Correct and AQ Eye Serum. E’shee has taken them on to another level though. And, in order to give E’shee more of a challenge, I have started to use it for my lip lines (E’shee actually recommends Alpha Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream for the upper lip as well as the eyes). Two weeks into this experiment, I am beginning to see some improvement on my hated lip lines (I’ll report back on this in a few weeks).
The big gun in E’shee Alpha Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream is trifluoroacetyl tripeptide-2. This is a new peptide to me and so I was pretty excited to discover it. Known as TT2, this peptide can reduce “sagging and slacking”, as well as improve firmness and elasticity, according to a study conducted for Lucas Meyer Cosmetics. Apparently it not only fights the effects of aging, but actually “regulates the biological mechanisms involved in the aging process”. TT2 works by inhibiting elastase (an enzyme that attacks structural proteins) and reducing progerin (a protein responsible for cell death) production.
TT2’s effects are given a boost by some hydrolyzed elastin and collagen. Meanwhile, the other heavy hitters in the formula include E’shee’s signature epidermal growth factor, FGF1, and Far Infrared Ceramic Powder, which is the magic ingredient in E’shee’s KI serum. Also of interest is hibiscus esculentus, which is okra to you and me and high in unsaturated fats, AHAs and galacturonic acid (a big deal in the composition of cell walls).
As always, E’shee formulates for effectiveness and not for purists. There are the several preservatives and a pH adjuster that can be irritants including disodium EDTA, sodium hydroxide and phenoxyethanol. I had no adverse reactions to using this cream.
Given that price per milliliter for E’shee Alpha Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream is the same as for my beloved E’shee KI and I have bought four bottles of that, I can say that I will be buying my next bottle of this truly excellent eye cream.

i do love this product. It goes on easily, my skin drinks up and absorbs the product easily. The texture is perfect - especially because in the eye area anything too thick can result in "pulling" the skin upon application. It brightens, plumps up and nourishes the eye area perfectly…...And, as Marta originally wrote in her reviews, I have also been using high level eye creams (YBF Correct as well) for a long time. My only stop from giving this 5 stars is the price. I can't say I have had a packaging issue with the amount that comes out or any other similar issue, but it is just a phenomenal price tag for an eye cream in an only 0.5 fl oz. bottle.
-
It is a 5 stars cream. Bags and sags are no match for it. BUT, all the packaging silver flakes off in tiny specks. Please put this great cream in simple flake-free packaging and I will re-order forever.

First of all I really love this product and found it very effective. I did try it on my lip lines but didn't find it as effective as on my eyes. However, I must agree with Leslie that the delivery mechanism is awful and the silver on the top of my bottle is also flaking. I was eventually able to control the amount of product coming-out by lightly/gingerly pressing down but after using this method this 4 or 5 times nothing would come out. So I would continue pressing down 15-20 times and finally product would come out again. It seems like a lot of work for such an expensive product. For $134 less YBF Correct, which is another fabulous product, is what I will order next.

Usually, when I write a review, it's to let others know that I love a product and why. I realize that not every product will work for every person..
Unfortunately, this product was a huge waste of my money. I've been using it twice daily on my 58 year old eyes (actually, skin around my eyes) and haven't seen a change. I do have some crows feet, but they are not deep.
On the positive side, this eye cream does not bother my uber sensitive skin. It absorbs quickly and you only need the smallest bit to cover both eyes well. However, herein lies the rub.
The delivery mechanism in the packaging could not be worse. There is NO WAY to control the amount of product being squirted out of the bottle. For weeks, this meant large, uncontrollable amounts being delivered. So I used it on my neck and chest, but not what I purchased this product for. Now, the silver top of the bottle is de laminating, resulting in silver flakes in the product. Great if you are going to Mardi Gras, but not to work.
So eight weeks later I am almost out of product, most being wasted. At this price point I cannot recommend this product. Eshee needs to sort out their packaging. So for me, this is one star and a never again purchase recommendation. -

Hi everyone--Sadly, for me this product irritates my eyes. When I first got it, I tried it both on my upper eye area as well as under the eye. Within a short period of time, my eyes were slightly watery and feeling almost gritty. So the next time, and for several uses afterwards, I just used it under my eyes. Although it is less irritating when used this way, it still causes slight watering and I find that I am rubbing my eyes. I don't know what ingredient or ingredients are causing this, but for me I guess I'll just use up the rest of the bottle on lip lines. Due to the cost, unless I see big improvements with the lip lines, I won't be repurchasing. Too bad, because otherwise it goes on nicely and smells nice (very light, and I am sensitive to smell). I'll be going back to AQ Eye Serum.
-
Hi Rachel, yes I find that it has an impact on crow's feet as well. The best news for me is that it is having a dramatic effect on my lip lines - a real breakthrough.
-
HI Marta,
My main concern is crow's feet. How does this product compare to AQ and YBF Correct in terms of that problem specifically? -
Hi Marta
I have started on AQ eye serum. It is on the light side and looking for an eye cream to layer over. Would you recommend E'shee eye cream or will their actives be counter effective? -
Hi Susan, I have used nothing else and I am still only using the E'shee. Usually when I test something, I end up going right back to AQ and YBF as soon as I can. But not this time. We are thinking about carrying it - if there is enough interest and not too much sticker shock. And Gloria, I can't say precisely as the bottle is opaque, but it is still going strong. My guess would be three months at least. You really only need the teensiest lentil sized squirt per eye.
-
Hi everyone, we've ordered some and we should have it in the shop by next week.
-
Hi Marta:
Thanks for that information. I actually ordered a bottle from the company yesterday as I had a feeling it might not be coming into the TIA shop imminently. Your consideration with selling the product makes perfect sense. It is extremely expensive but I just got extremely curious. I'll update and let you know what I think of the eye cream myself after using it.
As always, your site is the greatest -- best products and best, most honest product information.
Susan -
this is not a review but a comment: I have been using the E`shee KI serum and love it-if you do decide to carry this product(E`shee gene therapy eye cream)I would purchase it as well.
-
How long does a bottle last Marta?
-
Are you going to be carrying it in the shop? Also, I'm curious to know if this was the only product you used during the 5 weeks. I alternate with AQ eye serum and BF Correct right now. I'm really happy with those products, but I'm interested in trying this one.
Thanks, Marta.

Paying this much money I expected results....I was hoping. It did NOTHING for me. Everything stayed the same. Puffy eyes and wrinkles still there. Oh well....
Why do you have sodium hydroxide (lye) in this product?!
As a 53 year old woman with wrinkles, bags, and dark circles, I thought spending a lot of money for an eye cream would be the answer to my undereye issues. I just finished the product, which I used religiously every morning under sunblock, and there is no discernible difference in my undereye area. Other reviewers have mentioned how the product stings if it gets in your eye. This got in my eye a few times, but it never stung, leading me to wonder if the ingredients were still active. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money or my time with this product. I could have been using something cheaper and effective during the months I used this.
UPDATE from my review of December 31, 2016! I believe this is my 1st "progress" update on any TIA product! At the time I submitted my last review, I'd been fighting long-time under-eye puffiness with only intermittent skin care product success...at best.
I am VERY happy to report that SINCE my 1st review of E'shee Clinical Esthetic Alpha and Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream, I've been able to TOTALLY DELETE under-eye puffiness from my "problem list"! While I've had amazing experiences with several of the products Marta offers as "anti-aging", in the TIA store, THIS PRODUCT has delivered and MORE!
I will NOT go into all of the information I last submitted, but several months later I no longer "worry" about my eyes! With Marta's personalized help, I've been able to supplement this "more expensive" (!) product with ClarityRX Easy on the Eyes, AQ Skin Solutions Eye Serum (P.M.) and YBF's Refresh. (Unlike MANY/POSSIBLY MOST YBF eye product lovers, after using Correct for over a year, after I started using E'shee's Alpha and Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream, I ceased using Correct when I ran out about 2 weeks into my E'shee Eye Cream journey and switched to YBF's Refresh--for ME a lighter product with better product combination results.)
Conclusion: If you are at your wit's end with implacable under-eye bags, this may be your solution! I do not have big problems with undereye darkness, but I realized that I DID have some degree of this problem too after using this product and seeing an undereye brightness I've not seen in the mirror since my mid-30's. While the price tag is the highest of ANY skin care product I currently use, to have OTHERS notice that it seems that you look decades younger (and my eye bag loss is my SINGLE greatest change in the last 4-6 months!) AND YOU feel better every time you look in the mirror then for me it is worth the price. I ALSO compare this price tag with the out-of-pocket cost of a visit to ANY Plastic Surgery/Dermatology doctor's office for aesthetic advice and intervention here in Houston, and this price tag suddenly becomes a drop in the bucket! Thank you AGAIN, Marta, for all of your assistance in working with me to solve a BIG problem that until it was gone....felt like it was aging my face by decades, not just a few years! I'll be turning 60 in a few weeks looking younger (hopefully!) than I did on my last "decade" birthday!
I suffer from some pretty bad under eye bags and puffiness. I tried this stuff i got from a sample and 1 it lasted a long time for a small sample and 2 the puffiness was reduced by 40% but the was within the first week!
I have been using this eye cream once a day for 3 months now and I'm giving it only 4 stars mainly because of the high price tag. It goes on nicely, with no odor or irritation. A little goes a long way...It actually acts as a nice eye shadow primer if you let it sink in for several minutes first, increasing the staying power of my eye makeup. For this reason, I switched to using it in the AM, rather than in the PM. Another nice surprise is that by month two, I noticed a significant improvement in the length and thickness (mainly length) of my eyelashes. Oddly, I seem to be the only person to report this occurrence for this particular eye cream???
Results did not happen over night, but I can see a marked improvement in my crows feet area. I can also see that the depth of wrinkles in my under eye area has diminished. I do not see much improvement at this time on my lids. I still have product left in my bottle, but unfortunately I can't determine how much. Because of the price, I'm not going to reorder. Rather, I'm going to try a less expensive eye cream from Marta's recommendations and hopefully I can achieve the same or better results more economically! Note: I also religiously use the Renew on Ultrasound and red LED modes, and that works miracles!!
After many consultations both on the phone and by email with the absolutely lovely TIA staff w/ regards to the best "eye" product for me...I took the financial PLUNGE (!!) and purchased E'shee Clinical Esthetic Alpha and Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream. I was EXTREMELY fortunate to purchase this product during one of Marta's magnificent sales on E'shee products.
After a somewhat disappointing experience with "upgrading" to Elena Rubin's eye treatment (designed for women 60+ years old--simply as a guide), I was a bit tremulous at the financial outlay AND knowing that I'd sort of reached the pinnacle of eye products. My major problems are/WERE bad puffiness under my eyes--all of my other eye issues have been solved w/ the products I've started using from TIA. I'm fortunate to have minimal crow's feet, no under-eye dark circles, no discoloration, and no creepy texture on either my eyelids or below my eyes. BUT, I was asking a LOT of this one small bottle of eye "gold"!!
After approximately ONE WEEK, using a TINY bit on my eyelids, under-eyes and the residual on my tenacious left lower lip crevice, I was stunned to note that almost ALL of my under-eye puffiness has all but disappeared. As I also have terrible environmental allergies w/ asthma, I believe that on "bad UV days"--which are NOTABLE here in Houston w/ our hideous pollution--there is only so much ANY topical formula might be expected to do.
I have continued my use of Elena Rubin's eye cream OVER the tiny amount of the E'shee Eye and on days when my allergies worsen (runny nose/eyes), I ALSO add a bit of YBF's re-formulated Refresh OVER the preceding products. I must also add that before applying ANYTHING to my face and eyes, I always use Sciote's Vitamin C for eyes, DDG's triple C peptide firming oil (face) & YBF's Hydrate B (face).
I cannot BEGIN to tell you the marvelous difference the E'shee eye has made--not only around/under my eyes but on the appearance of my ENTIRE FACE. I actually had the dreaded surgical consultation for the possible repair of my genetically/inherited "droopy eyes"--after 2 hrs of testing, it was determined that my "droopiness" did NOT meet the clinical standards to allow my insurance to cover the nearly $8600.00 cost (I was going to splurge and have my under-eyes fixed too--the doctor to whom I've referred several hundred patients--suggested that I DO have a large propensity to develop swelling and "water bags" under my eyes). He could not guarantee that surgery would fix the entire under-eye situation but felt that it was WELL WORTH the ADDED expense--as no insurance pays for this elective part of plastic surgery regarding the eyes.
The product has no discernible scent, takes only a pea-sized amount to do "it's job", goes on in a wonderfully smooth manner, layers magnificently, and has caused absolutely NO irritation. Since I do not have dark under-eye circles, I am unable to remark on E'shee's Gene Therapy Eye Cream and whether it might work for this specific problem.
As I close, I must remark that I had a late lunch earlier this week with a dear friend whom I'd missed seeing for at least 4-5 months; our twice monthly late lunches were put on hold as we both had big work/time transitions this past year. The first thing she said after she sat down was: "I do NOT know what you've been doing to your face, but you look like you've been on vacation for a year!! You look totally rested, younger ("I'm sorry to say that"!--she added), and just WHAT are you using on your face?" She knows that I have an aversion to ANY plastic surgery or even injections. So, she was extremely interested to know what I'd been doing to make such a difference. I realized as I was sitting in front of her, that I purchased my Truth Vitality Lux Renew for myself as a Christmas present in December, 2015, that I'd completely weaned myself off of pure retinol products in the last year, started assiduous use of topical Vitamins C and B and lastly added in ClarityRx GetFit, Medik8 Firewall, DDG extra-strength alpha-beta peel+his Medi-Spa and my last and probably BIGGEST addition was losing my perennial under-eye bags and swelling. I do not think that she realized that the change in my under-eye area was the BIGGEST one--but I do know that many friends who have elected to have their eyes "done" surgically are told that they look so much more "rested". So, as long as Marta has her intermittent wonderful sales on this amazing product, I am almost 100% sure that unless things change (& they are almost guaranteed to do so!!), this will be a permanent part of my skincare regimen! I DO want to add that immediately after my friend had finished her "gushing" over my appearance, that I texted her the TIA website link w/ instructions to look as soon as possible!! Thank you for helping me solve an issue that I believe was aging my overall facial appearance at LEAST 10 years!
At $284.00 price point, I have really high expectations and unfortunately this cream didn't work for me. It stings my eyes and makes them watery, but also didn't make any difference in wrinkles around my eyes. Than I tried to use it with E'shee Clinical Esthetic Cellular Repair Serum. I put serum first and on top of it, - this cream. After that I start to see some improvement in my skin around the eyes, but just not enough to make me invest in such a regime again (especially not $179.00 for a serum plus $284.00 for a cream). I am in early 40s, I don't have many wrinkles, but my main concern is skin around the eyes. I also didn't notice tightening effect. My under eye puffiness are the same. Only bonus: makeup application goes easily on top of this cream. I am disappointed, I really hoped that it will be my alpha&omega eye cream. My search continues, my next purchase will be YBF Correct..
It is a 5 stars cream. Bags and sags are no match for it. BUT, all the packaging silver flakes off in tiny specks. Please put this great cream in simple flake-free packaging and I will re-order forever.
This was the first non-drugstore eye cream I ever tried, and I assumed that with this price tag it would be incredible! Instead, it was good. I am a very smiley person, and I have a ton of creases and smile lines (ok, crows feet) around my eyes. This treatment did smooth things out a bit and decrease the depth of the wrinkles, but just not enough to make me invest in it again.
This is probably one of the best under eye treatments I've ever used both under and over, (eye lids included) & I have recommended this is others as well! The only down side for me is that it didn't seem to last me as long as some others I have used but who cares when it works for me as well as this does I guess. My upper eyes and lids are firmer and that's a real biggy !
I have just purchased my second bottle of E'shee Alpha Omega eye cream. At $284, it's the most expensive item I've ever paid for only a half ounce of product. I must say, part of me feels like I should have my head examined for paying such a price.
Yet, it's the first eye cream where I can literally see a difference.
I have spent thousands of dollars over the years in trying every type of eye cream sold in drugstores to department stores, and even tried those ultra-natural completely-plant-based eye creams (which oddly enough, found that those type of ingredients irritated my skin more than the mass produced eye creams loaded with fillers and preservatives). I am very self-conscious about my skin (& with everything else about me) so I've been on a perpetual hunt for an eye cream that could live up to my many standards and requirements.
With E'shee Alpha Omega Gene Thrrapy, I have literally seen fine lines (beginning of crow's feet) practically vanish. I've never experienced that before with any other eye cream. My eye lids really do appear more lifted and the skin more taught, especially right above my lash line where my skin was becoming wrinkled, thin, and crepey (if that's even a word). The skin around my eyes is hydrated and a little does go a long way. For me, this takes a few minutes to dry, so I plan my makeup application accordingly.
I have a brown spot of sun damage high on my cheek bone which has also faded (however, that could also be from the BRAD Biophotonic Sublime Serum and gel cream that I use all over my face....which, by the way, proves amazing in results and is truly divine). I also use the MitoQ serum at times, too.
I have not seen much improvement in the way of dark circles, but as a very busy mom of three working full time, sleep/rest is a rare event for me.
The pump dispenser is so not my favorite. I get that it is great for hygiene and preservation of ingredients, but It does leave quite a bit of product in the bottle when done (in which my husband figured out how to gracefully pull off the top of my last bottle, leaving me with almost a week's worth of product left). I've mastered dispensing the right amount of product, but if you are not careful, you could very well end up with too much).
Finally, if you do get this in your eyes it will sting. It's happened me to me before, most likely because I was too liberal with the product when applying. The fact that it stung my eyes isn't an issue for me, as it's meant to go around your eyes, not in them. But it did sting significantly.
I will say that I'm determined to purchase this when there is some type of promotion available at the TIA Shop, and until I experience the same results with a different eye cream, I'm probably going to be staying with this product.
Yes, it's THAT good and the results have won me over.
I am on my third container of E'shee Alpha and Omega Gene Therapy Eye Cream, and it is hands down, the best... I felt that the E'shee eye cream was actually rebuilding the area under my eyes. As a result, the hollows that came with age are no longer in existence for me, as well as fine lines and crows feet. All gone !!!
Alina,
We're really sorry you didn't fare well with the E'shee Eye Cream. Your review, though unfortunate, is quite helpful, and we'll be sure to pass this back on to the brand.
While products are not eligible for a refund when using promo codes, we can set you up with store credit should you have an issue. Do not hesitate to contact us within 30 days of your ship-to date should you have an issue with any of your purchases.
I am sorry to be the naysayer but this has been the worst beauty purchase I have ever made. I have religiously used this for a month and this is what I have to report. It stings my eyes and makes them watery for at least one full hour after I use the product. It actually gives me a sensation similar to the one I get at the eye doctor when they dilate my eyes - a slight contraction. If it had not been for the ridiculously high price, I would have stopped using it right away but I kept using it in hopes that either my eyes will get used to it, or I will start seeing my results. Unfortunately, my eyes did not get used to it and I saw negative results. My eyes become very puffy when I use this and if I use it over night I wake up with red, puffy eyelids. I do not get puffy eyelids if I use nothing or any other eye cream. Also, I have seen zero reduction in wrinkles or any other benefit. After a month, there is still product left (I cannot tell how much since the bottle is opaque) but I am finally ready to cut my losses and acknowledge that I have completely wasted over $200 on an ineffective product that has severely irritated my eyes. I am glad it has worked for some of the TIA community, but I should have taken a cue from the fact that it is not available anywhere else for sale, nor could I find any other reliable reviews on this product. I have also learned my lesson on products that cannot be returned.
Update- I have now ordered my 3rd bottle of this amazing product. I am continuing to see impressive improvements in all the areas I covered in my previous review. I can honestly say I look 10 years younger confirmed by husband and friends! I only have one complaint. We need a bottle with a removable lid! My husband went to extreme measures to get the twist up lid off of my last two bottles( that included a wrench and a knife:) and there was at least a weeks worth of product left.
I am a product junkie which Marta can attest to by the sheer number I have ordered from her! I have never been to that over the moon point with a product that would lead to a review....but I have arrived. I saw such impressive results in the firmness and overall eye opening effects in such a short period of time that I couldn't help myself- I started using it all over my face and neck. I was excited about my eyes, but wow, my mad science experiment is paying off. I'm most thrilled about my neck. I'm 47 and had noticed a significant slackening in the skin underneath my chin and and on my neck. There has been an impressive amount of tightening in that area in about a months time. I also see some filling in of some areas around my mouth and lower cheeks where I had some lost volume. I can't wait to see what month 2 and beyond will bring.
Since I have only really started using skincare products in the last 8-10 years, I thought long and hard about spending $284US which for me is $318 AUD. I am 48 and in the last year I have noticed wrinkles starting around the bottom outside edge of my eyes. I have not consistently used eye creams before. Going through menopause I have noticed my skin is dry and the texture and tone has changed. I don't have many wrinkles, but I do have pigmentation (European skin that pigments easily combined with too much sun in Australia). Well is it worth the cost, for me I have to say No. Firstly I found the pump very wasteful and difficult to get a small amount out. You only need the smallest amount and a full pump is way too much and it stings my eyes. Eventually using 2 fingers I can control the amount that comes out. It goes on easily and absorbs quickly. I have been using it for the last 3 months in the morning. I do get dark rings and puffiness but it has not changed much. The wrinkles around my eyes look abut the same. I have not seen much of a difference, which is unfortunate. I will try something else, perhaps I need to try more eye products to know the difference and find what works for me.
I have extremely sensitive and white, fair skin. I am always trying out beauty products, many times to my dismay, as I react with atopic dermatitis that takes weeks to resolve. However my facial skin is quite nice, smooth, firm and does not tell my age. My eyes, on the other hand, are very wrinkled on the lids and under the eyes due to the fact I found sunglasses irritating in my younger days. I do not have dark circles under my eyes but do have puffiness under the eyes at times. In my quest to fix my eyelid wrinkles and smooth under my eyes so that they match my face, product price is no object. I have tried every eye cream you can think of. This eye cream is of the best I have ever tried. It may be the best I have tried as there is no irritation at all. My eye lids after a few weeks are smoother but not wrinkle free. My under eye puffiness is gone. The container comes with a pump, which I think is a must at this price point. I will certainly purchase this again.
