Shipping Policy
At Truth In Aging, we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. We encourage all of our customers to review and understand our Shipping Policy prior to making a purchase.
Processing and Shipping Schedule
All orders are processed Monday through Friday and ship from New York, NY excluding US National Holidays.
Orders must be made by 12pm to be processed on the same business day. Any order placed after 12pm EST on Friday will be processed Monday before 12pm. Please allow one business day for processing your order before shipping.
Truth in Aging Currently Ships within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Boxes, Military Addresses, Canada, and International. We reserve the right not to ship to countries with unstable infrastructures.

International Shipping
Please be advised that if you are placing an international order you are responsible for the taxes and duties associated with your package. Unfortunately, Truth In Aging may not predict, influence, nor be held responsible for these charges. To learn more about customs fees, taxes or duties, please contact your local post office or international customs service.
Truth in Aging is not responsible for communicating any instructions to the receiving country other than carrier options, (i.e. signature required, etc.) All fees associated with additional shipping requirements offered by a carrier will be paid in advance by the customer.

Delivery Details
If you experience delivery trouble with your carrier (lost/stolen packages) or any complications around receiving your package, Truth in Aging will unfortunately not be able to re-ship to that location. A more secure shipping address will need to be provided. If tracking indicates that a package was delivered to the correct destination, Truth In Aging is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
Truth in Aging is only responsible for communicating standard carrier instructions and is not responsible for communicating personalized delivery instructions from you to your carrier.
Any special delivery options outlined by carriers which cost an additional fee will be paid for by the customer, not Truth in Aging. To request these, simply contact [email protected].
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification indicating your order's tracking number. The majority of orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed. To track your order, please visit your selected carrier's corresponding website:

Shipments to Hotels & Other Temporary Addresses
Traveling and want your order shipped to your hotel or any other temporary address? We're happy to accommodate. Simply choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. This gives your order added security as it makes it's way to you. Truth In Aging is not responsible for any lost shipments to hotels or temporary addresses and, therefore, can not offer reimbursements or replacements. All shipments sent to a hotel or temporary address are to done so at the customer's risk.
Delayed Shipments: Backorders, Pre-sales and Promotions
If an item you've ordered is currently out of stock, you will receive a delay notification via email with a estimated time of delivery. If you are interested in an item that is currently out of stock, you can sign up for a notification directly on the page of the product you are interested in.
If you have ordered an item as a part of pre-sale and the shipping date is delayed, you will receive a delay notification. Please note all exclusion and details of promotions. With most promotions, limit one per customer, and items are available while supplies last. Truth in Aging reserves the right to substitute promotional giveaway items according to supplies.
Changing Shipping Information
Truth in Aging will accommodate most changes in shipping information including corrections to addresses or changes in the choice of shipping methods. Please note that additional fees will apply. Please include your name and Order # when emailing [email protected] with your changes.
Lost Packages - Contiguous U.S.
If your package is lost, please contact your order's selected shipping carrier with the tracking number you've received to obtain further details on the whereabouts of your order. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. If USPS tracking confirms delivery of a package, Truth In Aging has no further responsibility for delivery of the order.

Lost Packages - International/Outside of the contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada)
If you suspect that your package is delayed, lost, or stolen please first contact your local post office to inquire.
If your package was stolen or lost before departing the contiguous United States you are eligible to have your order reshipped (not refunded) to you, you should email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. Truth in Aging will not refund any lost or stolen orders if the tracking number indicates that they were delivered to the address on the order.
Regrettably Truth in Aging is not responsible for refunding or reshipping your order if it was lost or stolen after departing the contiguous United States.
