Clear Cache & Cookies

Chrome

1. Press Control + Shift + Delete
2. In the "Clear browsing data" window, select the "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Empty the cache" checkboxes, and select "the beginning of time" in the "Obliterate the following items from" dropdown
3. Click the "Clear browsing data" button

Internet Explorer

1. Press Control + Shift + Delete
2. In the "Delete Browsing History" window, deselect the "Preserve Favorites website data" checkbox, and select the "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data" checkboxes
3. Click the "Delete" button

FireFox

1. Press Control + Shift + Delete
2. In the "Clear Recent History" window, select "Everything" in the "Time range to clear" dropdown, and select the "Cookies" and "Cache" checkboxes under "Details"
3. Click the "Clear Now" button

Safari

1. Press Command + , (comma)
2. Open the "Privacy" tab
3. Click the "Remove All Website Data" button
4. Click the "Remove Now" button

Mobile Safari

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap "Safari"
3. Tap "Clear Cookies and Data"

Other

Browser not listed? Try pressing Control + Shift + Delete. That should bring up a window allowing you to clear your cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, try looking in your browser's settings.
