Can you give me an idea what is the most neutral color. It is hard to tell by the little swatches on the website.
I am wondering about the colors. Hard to know what to order. Any idea what is the most neutral?
love the coverage but made me break out terribly and made my face greasy. ill try to stick with the powders
I do love Jane Iredale's products however I must write a negative review about this product. I was thrilled at first that Jane Iredale made a BB Cream as all the ones I have tried from the drugstore and sephora made me break-out and left my skin oily. I am certain it was due to the silicone among other not so favorable ingredients.
Regardless of where the silicones are derived from in the Jane Iredale BB Cream, I still find that it causes terrible break-outs!! My break-outs tend to be caused by hormones or stress but they typically remain in a few spots. This BB Cream made me break-out all over my forehead and cheeks!!! These are two areas that I rarely..if ever encounter break-outs.
In addition, the consistency of this BB Cream is much too thick! It is like putting on heavy theatre makeup!
I must say that I do use Jane Iredale powder with SPF and I am very happy with it. I just hope they can now make a BB Cream without pore clogging silicones!
Can anyone recommend a great BB Cream for dry skin that does not clog the pores or contain silicones?

Hi Sarah, we actually do sell this now. You can buy it on this page: http://www.truthinaging.com/jane-iredale-glow-time-bb-cream

This has the most coverage of any BB cream I have tried and agree that at little serum or moisturizer helps blend it out. I will repurchase as I love the fact there is a mineral SPF, coverage, longevity and youthful glow. Again, the only negative is the consistency.

I expected this BB to be little more than your average tinted moisturizer: super sheer and slightly drying. Glad I was wrong. The cream has the consistency and coverage of a liquid foundation with all the benefits of a mineral makeup product (no talc or other nasties) with SPF 25. Glow Time is aptly named – among its many hats, it will serve as an excellent bronzer for the sunny days to come.

Like many others I found this BB cream to be very thick, and difficult to blend without using a primer that adds slip to the skin. This BB cream give more coverage then others on the market today. I found the colors challenging to match my skin tone, and was between 5 and 7. I would recommend this to anyone looking for more coverage with a high SPF.

Hi G,
I have to agree with you, the Jane Iredale Glow Time can be a bit thick to apply, however, I have found wonderful coverage and a perfect finish that is much easier to apply when mixing the bb cream with the tiniest drop of argan oil or YBF Private Reserve. And best of all, no breakouts from any nasties.

Jane Iredale's Glow Time may be a true BB Cream with a good for your skin ingredients and spf included. However, it was the consistency that made blending difficult, giving a thick uncomfortable and unnatural mask type result.

I love love love this! I have replaced La Vie Celeste Creme Foundation with this product. I love the packaging of this and its consistency. It has a slight shimmer (BB#1). I use it around eyes and nose daily and over my whole face on times when I am applying a heavier make up for an evening out. I use Pure Pressed Base over the top and it removes the white-ish shimmer with a final glowing look. I may try one shade darker for in the summer.

I loved the coverage at first too! But after 4-6 weeks of use, I am totally broken out. Terribly like you Hannah. I sure hope if I discontinue that this goes away. I am 43 and have not broken out like this for many years. Any advice?

Unfortunately I really wanted this to live up it's name, this isn't much of a "glow"ing review and I've been so happy with all the products I've purchased here so far.
The product is hard to blend, way too thick and has caused the skin under my eye to my nose to break out in little red pimples, I'm almost 45 and haven't had pimples in a long time, well maybe from too much chocolate consumption at easter.
I'm still looking for a lovely BB cream, part sunscreen, foundation and moisturiser and this isn't it. Any suggestions anyone?

I have spent upwards of $150.00 on foundations, but BB with some loose powder swept over it is by far the most impressive product I have used over the last twenty years. Blemishes are covered and my skin is left glowing.

I was very excited to try Jane's BB cream as I know the quality of her products and it was reviewed as a full coverage BB cream which was just what I wanted for coverage of my rosacea. The coverage and quality are as advertised. My problem is that it's a little too rich and had given me some breakouts around my nose even during the winter when my skin is its driest. Accordingly I would highly recommend this product for those of us with really dry skin only. Also, I usually wear the second lightest shade in a foundation range but I find the #3 very pale. I've been combining it with my summer foundation to make it a little darker and less moisturizing.
