I love the Mukti Pink Grapefruit Hand & Body lotion -- it's a winner for its ingredient list, effectiveness with very dry skin, light feel and clean scent.
Would love to try this product! Interested in finding better hair products, especially organic lines.
Yes, I would definitely give this a try. The name alone sounds soothing.
Hi
I am very interested in trying the Mukti Clay Mask. This product line sounds wonderful.
I am continuously trying new products through the suggestions on this site. I have found some great ones that are major staples in my skin care routine. I am still trying to fill the voids in the pther areas, ex.- masks. I have very sensitive skin and prone to breakouts in my chin area only. I believe I could benefit from a good clay mask, and would love to try this product.
It started with a quest for new shampoo and conditioner. I wanted then to be natural, organic and have good ingredients to keep aging hair healthy. I found them - on the other side of the world.…
During the month of December, I have been selecting my Best Beauty Products of 2012. It’s been a tough set of decisions with so many to choose from. In this video you’ll see a tour of the very…

One of the best shampoos I ever tried. Came back to re-order it to find out it is our of stock :(
I use plenty of natural oil-masks and plant extracts to treat my hair - I am really a huge fan of 100% natural ingredients. That is what I loved about this shampoo - it does not even contain water! My hair really loved it. While I used it daily, my hair did not need any additional oil or plant-extract masks and treatments. The shampoo was more than enough to keen my scalp moisturized and hair vibrant and shiny. It also worked for me as a disentangler.
It also cleansed my hair easily after oily masks, while I needed to wash my head twice with most of other shampoos and sometimes my hair was still a bit greasy.

Have been waiting for over a year to get my hands on this shampoo again. Best shampoo I ever used. I even tried to order from Australia but the shipping is almost as much as shampoo itself. I hope new formula lives to your expectation and you start selling it again.

Hi Athena, the shampoo has been reformulated and we are testing it. In the meantime, we are loving Pure Glam's natural shampoo and conditioner

I've used dozens of different shampoos over the years and mukti is by far the winner! I have extremely fine and thinning hair and I too have found I shed less with this shampoo. Well worth the price!

I used Mukti's shampoo and conditioner some time ago and can't believe I didn't leave a review at the time. The scent is lovely and unlike some shampoos my hair didn't come out in frightening amounts on the rinse (my hair is falling out and thinning...) My hair was always supple and shiny, light and clean after using the shampoo which lasted me longer than the conditioner and I was happy to use it on my little one because of the natural ingredient list and that it didn't sting her eyes like other shampoos. Her hair would practically glisten after Mukti. Just writing this review makes me want to reorder.... hmmmm

Mukti Botanique Shampoo continues to be my favorite organic, natural shampoo to date, the product cleans great, no suds (due to no sulfates), keeps my hair shinny, healthy. Love this line, and still recommend it to anyone looking for a line without nasty sulfates, and are OK without suds.

I love this shampoo and have been using it for several months. I have very fine color-treated hair that tends to get oily at the roots. This shampoo thoroughly cleans my scalp and never leaves me feeling greasy the next morning. Having said that, a little goes a long way and can be drying if used on a daily basis. I tend to shampoo daily, but I may test how long I can go between washings with this one given how well it cleans.

So glad to have discovered this line - and equally glad that Truth in Aging is carrying it. This is a great product that is safe for people and the environment. It smells good but natural, without the false fragrances of so many other products. And my husband loves that his hair feels thicker after using it.

The Mukits Botanique Shampoo offers rich cleansing, a medium lather (great for a all natural product), gives great body / bounce, and it is highly concentrated (a little goes a long way). However, it may be slightly drying to those of us who need to wash their hair daily like myself. This as close to perfection for a organic / natural shampoo. Highly recommend!

I love the smell of this shampoo. It lathers nicely and yet when I distribute the product through my hair I can feel that tangles are not forming. The conditioner with the argan oil feels real clean to the touch. After rinsing, I noticed when I blow-dry dry my hair, instead of my hair becoming overly dried out, it feels soft and moisturized. There is no frizz, which is a big deal since I color my hair frequently. It grows fast so I'm always touching up my roots.

I relocated to a humid-summer/dry-winter, spring & fall climate from a temperate rain forest and my hair really shows it. I have long, waist-length hair and it's always been healthy - until the move. On top of that, I had highlights done to my hair and the hairdresser processed it too long, leaving it virtually fried. I've tried all sorts of shampoos, conditioners, and various moisturizing treatments and none of it has made much of a difference. Until now! I've used this shampoo and its conditioner for a couple of weeks and am amazed at how much healthier my hair is! It's more manageable and fuller, the ends no longer look completely fried, and I can tell that in another month I won't even recognize it. Incidentally, I'm also taking a vitamin supplement by Vitanica called Luminous that's specifically for hair/nails, which I started a bit before the shampoo/conditioner, and I'm sure that helps. But, honestly, I can't recommend Mukti's shampoo/conditioner more highly!

Georgie, unfortunately we can't do that because we would lose money - shipping from Australia, discounting the bundle, free shipping 2 heavy bottles to you. The numbers don't work. Sorry.

Marta,
Can you please do a Mukti shampoo and conditioner pack?

My entire life I've had oily hair...and by oily i mean really OILY. I've had to wash my hair everyday since I can remember and I always wake up with it sticking to my head. Funnily enough, though, my ends are dry although I have a trim every 6 weeks. I have tried everything, even radical diets. I have tried every single shampoo and conditioner known to man and my hair has never ever, ever really felt clean UNTIL NOW...this shampoo and conditioner have changed my life!! I received sample pots with a very skeptical view on how they would work but I was utterly amazed. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful these products are...

This is the best natural shampoo I have ever used. Actually, of all of the ones that I have tried, including Rahua, Mukti is the only one I even like. I'm on my second bottle. It's great.

Marta,
I use the Shampoo/Conditioner, as well as the gentle foaming cleanser, nourishing face cream, grapefruit body wash & sebogel treatment. I've tried most of the line, but these are my favorites and I agree with the other reviewers that this is the best organic line I've found. I wish they were easier to get, as I feel I've tried everything out there including the new entrants like Acure.

After noticing a lot more hair than I would like to admit clogging up my drain I decided to research shampoos. I had used WEN with some degree of success in the past but the cost per bottle combined with the amount you need each use seemed exorbitant. Additionally, I find the questionable variations in the ingredients based on where you order it (infomercial, sephora, qvc etc.) concerning and confusing. There is this distinctive undeniable lift and bounce you get from WEN, however I can’t help but admit that after a while I found my hair breaking off a lot more than usual. As a result I set out to find a suitable sulfate free shampoo that would stop some of that breakage and shedding. After reading the Mukti reviews and impressive ingredient list I decided to make the investment.
I’ve been using this shampoo for several months now a little truly does go a long way here. I have long hair and I still have about a ¼ of a bottle left. It could be the change of seasons but I have definitely noticed less shedding. You also don’t need much to get a great cleansing lather that doesn’t dry or strip. The smell is a lovely earthy herbal lavender mix. I find it especially good for color treated hair as I noticed I don’t need to color as often, nor do I need to wash everyday. My hair just seems more balanced. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great basic shampoo that maintains color while cleaning well.

I have tried many natural shampoos with varying degrees of success. Whilst I have loved the fact that the natural shampoos don't have harmful ingredients in them, my hair has never really looked great when using them.
Mukti is the best yet that i have tried. The main problem I have had with other natural shampoos is that my hair has tended to look flat, straw like at the ends and very tangled.
It is still quite tangled after washing, but I notice that my hair is shinier and bouncier after using the Mukti shampoo and hasn't got as oily at the roots. The volume is better too.
It is a bit pricier than I have paid in the past for shampoos ( almost twice as much) but I don't have to use as much so I think it will end up costing the same in the long run as my old shampoos.
Overall I am very happy that I purchased this product and will give the conditioner a go.

Hands down the best shampoo I have used. Like Satajnuic, I've tried Yarok, Shielo, Nutra-lift and other organic brands. I came across it in an online australian organic store and was reluctant to spend over $60+ for the shampoo and conditioner. But, for my thick hair and oily scalp the shampoo is a good balance of cleansing without being too harsh. It's also ridiculously easy to work into the scalp (it's formulated without water).
For my oily scalp I find I need to do a second wash using only a little and focusing on the scalp or my hair becomes too stripped and brittle. Not perfect, but definitely beats the other popular brands here on TIA.

Thank you Satajnuic - and don't apologize for the length of your helpful review. And I couldn't agree with you more! At last, one of Australia's best kept secrets is available here and I am going to be working my way through the rest of the range. If you use anything else by Mukti that you recommend we try, please let us know.

Having tried the Osmotics, Nutra-Lift, Shielo and Yarok brands of shampoo and conditioner since discovering Marta and her wonderful TIA community I think I'm qualified to have an opinion in this category! And the winner, by a country mile (in our household at least), is Mukti (fanfare)!
Both my husband and I are nearing 50 and suffer frequent hair crises as we each had fantastic hair up until our early 40s. Mukti has helped us to face the shower with an increasingly sanguine disposition over the past few weeks as we have experienced a dramatic reduction in shedding since making the change.
I have mid-length hair and previously could have balled the shedded hair into a lump the size of a large olive - at which point I often had a cry and thanked my lucky stars that I only need to wash my hair every 5-6 days. That ball is now only the size of a small pea - which is pretty insignificant given the length of my hair.
I have never really asked a lot from a shampoo, instead I concentrate all of my expectations on the conditioner. And this is where I think Mukti really outshines everything else I've tried. I have very dry colour treated hair that tends to resemble a haystack when I step out of the shower. But I now massage through a generous tablespoon of Mukti conditioner, leave it in for a few moments and voila! The tangles feel as though they've disappeared by magic - without any combing on my part. I only comb it when I'm ready to dry it and even then there are only one or two tangles which is pretty impressive given that I haven't cut my hair in ages and there is a lot of ex-summer hair at the back that is coming off next week.
And there are no longer any tears from my six year old daughter at shower time either - the first time I tried the Mukti conditioner on her hair she turned to me with a big smile and said "Mummy - it didn't hurt when you combed it!". And so our arsenal of detangling products have all been joyfully disposed of.
Apologies for the length of this review but I am really won over by Mukti's hair care products and if its conditioner can sort the tangles out of both my hair and my daughter's hair and help to allay my hair loss fears then I'll be using this range for a long time to come.
