My first impression upon opening the bottle of Sevani Advanced Omega Night Repair Serum was that it had very little scent. This surprised me since the ingredients include rosewood oil, ylang ylang and neroli blossom. I expected to be impressed by at least some aromatherapy benefits and enjoy massaging in the fragrance. In fact, I added a few drops of ylang ylang and rose essential oils to give it a boost.
I am in my mid-50s and am still cursed with oily skin. The good news is that I don’t have much wrinkling, but I do have some sag issues along my jaw and neck. On the positive side, I can report that even though this is an oil-based serum, it did not make my skin greasy at all; it sank right in and didn’t cause any issues with breakouts. I massaged this product in every night on my neck and jaw line and then tapped the remainder of the oil all over my face.
I had hoped the product would help soften the few neck lines I have or contribute to tightening my jaw area since it claims to boost collagen and elastin for firmer, youthful and radiant skin. However, after four weeks of faithful use, I am sad to report that it produced no firming results or benefit to my skin’s tone and texture.
On a positive note, I had no bad reaction to this product. Perhaps someone with dry, dehydrated skin would find this product more useful, though I personally couldn’t detect much moisturizing action.

Apply daily to face, neck and decollete after cleansing and toning. Massage gently in upwards and outwards motions. Follow with facial moisturizer.
