SkinOwl Eye+ offers lightweight, effective and nourishing protection for your eye area. A special combination of natural ingredients transforms crepey, delicate or wrinkled skin into hydrated, firm and smooth skin. This treatment offers a uniquely gel-like consistency that feel luxurious and instantly strengthens the eye area. Our reviewer found this hydrating eye treatment great at restoring the skin around the eyes, and we're confident you will as well.

The formula for this eye treatment features a blend of soothing and strengthening botanicals for an eye area that's firm, resilient and refreshed. Cucumber takes away puffy under-eyes as aloe calms and leaves skin silky smooth. Hyaluronic acid, periwinkle, and licorice provide essential nutrients for your skin and leave it deeply hydrated and fortified. For an extra refreshing boost, store in the refrigerator. Using Eye+ cold will activate the cucumber enzymes and aid in increasing circulation and minimizing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Tested for over 30 days and reviewed by Marta:
The first thing intrigued me about SkinOwl (a name that to me implies epidermal wisdom) was the mission statement (I’ll come back to that in a moment) and the founder’s moment of epiphany when she realized that “results were in the INGREDIENTS of the products I was using vs. what was being marketed.” I could relate to that, but the proof is in the testing and SkinOwl Eye+ is an eye cream that is so unusual that I wasn’t at all sure what my final verdict would be.

SkinOwl’s packaging of a plain carton, simple white label and utilitarian jar states that this is a modern mostly natural brand. So far, so good, but nothing out of the ordinary. What is unique about SkinOwl Eye+ is the texture. I’ve never come across an eye cream quite like it.

Cream is most certainly a misnomer. Eye+ is a sort of solid gel. Immediately, it is evident that a small dab goes a very long way. I feared that it might be greasy on application. It certainly glides easily over the skin, a boon for the delicate eye area. It absorbs surprisingly quickly, but does look a little shiny. As I don’t wear eyeshadow, I can’t report on how it works with makeup (although SkinOwl says that it does).

I can report on how it works with the skin though. One of mission statements of SkinOwl founder, Annie Tevelin, is that she “wanted people to see results overnight.” So I used SkinOwl as my night eye cream and found that in the morning my eyes were not puffy and looked moisturized and refreshed.

Over the course of my 30-day test, I found that it is a very good solution for crepey skin. This is a hydrating eye cream for any age and for those showing signs of crepey lids and under eye area, it would be a very good choice. It certainly doesn’t stint on the antiaging ingredients.

Rarely have I seen so many amino acids in an eye product. And they are most welcome – my skin does very well with amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. They band together in chains to form the stuff from which life is born. Among other things, amino acids are an essential part of the synthesis of collagen and elastin. There are 13 amino acids in SkinOwl Eye+.

The formula also contains a botanical alternative to hyaluronic acid and MSM, which is has the ability to enhance collagen bundles and keratin and, according the University of Maryland, helps form connective tissue in skin.

Although only the herbal base and cucumber distillate are organic, the formula’s carefully chosen ingredients live up to SkinOwl’s other mission statement: to go beyond skin care and “deliver a core component of total self-care.”

I have only been using this amazing product for a couple of weeks, but it will be a permanent addition to my regime. I have been using it alone on my eyes and it because it is a gel it slides on easily and dries quickly. When I wake in the morning, my eyes are smooth and hydrated - no puffiness. I am 68 and might go to an eye cream on top later on, but can't say how great my eyes feel and look now.
The container is quite a large jar, I didn't like opening and touching it every day so I
put some into a smaller container to use.

I can feel my skin firming up, upon application. Although the gel-like product seems light, it really does not feel dry at all, rather, it adds moisture. How it does this, I have no idea! Still, I do use a heavier eye cream at night. There is no problem with concealer "skipping" nor pilling, as so many eye creams seem to cause. The price point is perfect, as well. It packs as big a punch as the higher priced brands. I would have gladly awarded that fifth star, if not for the packaging. We are told that antioxidants degrade, when exposed to air, and there is that issue of having to dip into the jar to apply the product. In my opinion, this product should be packaged in a tube, or at least be shipped with one of those little plastic spatulas. However, the product is awesome, and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

  • HOOT, HOOT, HOOT!!! This eye concentrate is really great and is a joy to use! An organic stimulating gel that penetrates. Usually gels just sit on the skins surface but not this one. It also leaves your eye area feeling very refreshed immediately. The kind of a fresh feeling you want all day. There is a list of powerful ingredients, including Aloe, Cucumber, LArginine, L-Proline, Periwinkle, Licorice and vitamin E just to name a few. They provide an unusually fresh, clean and invigorating experience. I have noticed, with use, a more toned appearance to my 50+ yr old eyes. My crows feet are now diminished with a.m. and p.m. use. I keep a small sample size in my bag for a mid day pick me up. All in all I am intrigued with Skin Owl eye+ and recommend anyone with tired eyes to give it a try!

I bought this after reading all the amazing reviews, figuring it was a great price point and I didn't have much to lose. I've used it for about 3 weeks twice daily, and I apply it after either my AQ Eye Serum (AM) or my YBF Correct (PM). While I've loved both of these products, my eyes were still needing more moisturization. With the addition of SkinOwl, I've already noticed less crepey eyelid skin (YAY!), less puffiness, and less crinkling under my eye when I smile. I am hooked!! This stuff sinks in quickly, doesn't irritate my eyes, and feels very pleasant when being applied.

I am writing to update my experience with SkinOwl Eye+. I am still rating it as a four-star product because it has not helped my eye puffiness as much as I'd hoped. HOWEVER, because of the GREAT reviews this product has received, I added TIA's Sciote Skin Finishing Eye Creme AFTER I let the SkinOwl Eye+ dry a bit. Since The SkinOwl Eye+ is a bit more of a gel, I find that I need to let it sink in and dry just a tiny bit; using it in combination with the Sciote Firming Eye Creme has made ALL the difference in the world!! Like many of us, particularly with aging, I DO have a 'graveyard' of skin care products. But using thee TWO TIA products together has made me a total convert to the hard work and research that Marta and the TIA team do!

I've used dozens of eye creams, gels, & serums over the years. Like everyone, my skin has changed over the years with my hormonal status. Most recently, I've been plagued with under-eye puffiness...a relatively new problem for me. I received your product approximately two weeks ago and eagerly started using it once daily in the morning after my cleansing routine. While it has reduced the puffiness somewhat, I am disappointed that I still do not have the 'rested' look that I was hoping would ensue with usage of SkinOwl Eye+™. It was rated so highly that I am going to keep using it to see if I get any improvement. I tried using it in the morning and at night and found no difference w/ twice daily use. Will update as my usage continues.

I've been using this product for a few weeks now and it will definitely be part of my regular routine for the foreseeable future. It reminds me somewhat of Sciote eye gel, which I like except for the packaging (not economical to use because too much comes out at one time). I love the cucumber smell and my morning eye puffiness is definitely improved and the skin is not as "crepey." I think the price is great and I've already told several of my friends about it. Another winner by TIA!

I have used and am still currently using the SkinOwl Eye gel which I really love. It is beautifully soothing, de-puffing and I find it tightens and moisturizes my upper lids and lower eye area. This is the first product that I have used where tightening and moisturizing have been combined in....usually I find that tightening tends to also have the unfortunate side effect of drying but not with SkinOwl :-)! The smell is lovely as well reminding me of cucumber spa water....it appeals to the senses as well!

So far this is a wonderful eye product for my dry, dehydrated, crepey 63 year old eyes. Guess I didn't realize just how dehydrated they were before I tried the SkinOwl. Normally I don't EVER see any type of results quickly from any product. But - I've been using this for a few days and have noticed an improvement in - don't exactly know what to call it - suppleness? under my eyes. I did the pinch test on clean under eye skin (no product added) where you count how long it takes for your skin to move back into position after a little pinch. Today I found that my undereye skin quickly bounced back from the pinch test. (Formerly, my skin just remained in the pinched position for a loooong time.) I have to say I'm shocked - did not expect this. I've always used emollient products with good ingredients around my eyes, but I guess some just didn't have the right combination or they didn't penetrate enough to make an impact. So - for me to find that my skin is better after a few days & without any product on it - is pretty amazing. Clearly, my dehydrated skin is getty the remedy it needs. After application of the gel, it does sink in pretty quickly and I find that I still need to put a more moisturizing eye product on top before applying makeup to help superficially smooth the current crepey look. Keeping fingers crossed for long term improvements to the crepiness as well.
