Briogeo Blossom & Bloom Volumizing Conditioner enhances hair's volume and thickness with plumping collagen, vitamin B5, biotin and maltodextrin (sugar-volumizer) for added fullness and volume. Ginseng stimulates hair follicles while argan and sweet almond oils add shine to thin, limp hair. No parabens, silicones or phthalates
Directions:
After shampooing, apply conditioner starting from the ends and working your way up to the scalp. Do not over condition, especially if you have fine hair. Let the conditioner sit for 15 seconds and then thoroughly rinse.

I'm almost 65 and live in the frozen north, where I'm subjected daily to frigid temperatures, hat hair and dry indoor conditions. I also have very hard water, so my hair always seems dry and hasn't had a shine since the 90s. It has a natural wave and has always been baby fine and somewhat unruly.
The first thing I noticed was the fragrance. It smells wonderful, like a summer morning. The fragrance isn't overbearing, and although I don't notice it, the other day someone close told me my hair smelled nice. Just a little goes a long way. It feels light and rinses out easily.
After the first use, my hair felt clean and had just a little more volume than usual. I air dried it as I usually do and went about my day. A few hours later, walking past a mirror, I was delighted to see that my hair had SHINE! I was impressed. My natural wave also had more oomph, and my hair felt a little fuller.
I've used it three to four times a week since, and I couldn't be more pleased. My hair feels and looks fuller, stronger and healthier. Blossom & Bloom Volumizing Conditioner contains NO parabens, silicones or phthalates, but it does contain several nourishing oils, like rosehip fruit oil, argan oil, ginger root oil, grapefruit peel oil, and orange oil with other organic ingredients.
I give this conditioner a thumbs up. My hair is stronger, fuller, healthier, and it has SHINE. At first, the price seemed just a little high, but after a month, I've barely used a quarter of the bottle. The longer it lasts, the better the value.
