W3LL People Elitist Mineral Eye Shadow are loose, pure mineral pigments perfect for shading, highlighting, lining and contouring the eyes. No parabens, artificial preservatives, chemicals, dyes, fragrances or silicones.

Directions:
Apply using a flat eyeshadow brush to gently sweep and blend into place for contouring and highlighting. May be applied wet or dry.

Once again, I have had the pleasure of reviewing a product from W3LL People. The Elitist Shimmer Mineral Shadow in Pink Champagne is my first experience with mineral makeup, and definitely not my last. I do recommend this product.
Pink Champagne is a light, neutral pink with a hint of shimmer. A single brushstroke delivers great pigmentation and shimmer, perfect for a day at the office. The color is easy to build, and blends easily with other colors. I do recommend wearing a primer underneath it, to give the color a little boost, and make building the color easier.
I wore this to work, and to a rock concert. When I first began using it, I was worried that the color would not last throughout a workday. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the color was still intact after almost 12 hours of wear, with minimal fallout. As for the concert, I did wear it over primer from Smashbox, to ensure that my makeup would stay intact, no matter how much I danced and sang along. Once again, I was incredibly surprised to see that my makeup was still intact!
W3LL People is a brand that brands itself as "beauty conscious". They push the branding further than most natural brands by not utilizing natural ingredients in their products, but also ensuring that their products are high quality. The Elitish Shimmer Mineral Shadow is no exception. It forgoes typical ingredients such as talc, and instead contains natural ingredients such as aloe, mica, iron oxides, and titanium dioxide (all typically found in powder-based cosmetics). They understand that while their customer wants a natural product, they do not want to sacrifice quality and performance.
I recommend the W3LL People Elitist Shimmer Mineral Shadow in Pink Champagne. The W3LL People website states that you can also use the product in gloss, hair gel, or even a moisturizer. While I did not try it in any other products, I am sure that it would be great to turn a moisturizer into an illuminator!
