I have lived my life on the coast of NSW, Australia. It's a beautiful environment, with stunning forests and great ribbons of yellow beach. I am beyond blessed. I have four amazing children and a very full life as a writer and researcher. It can be very busy, but then there are days to kick back and really enjoy things. The most difficult thing in my life can be maintaining those small personal routines, like cleansing and moisturising in the morning, or a yoga nidra in the afternoon. I have found that working with Truth In Aging has given me the impetus to take that little bit of time for myself, and the results have been startling.
